Recharge balance to your Punto Pago app account by bank transfer.

You can now recharge your wallet directly from your bank account without having to send a receipt!

Follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your bank's online platform.

Step 2: Choose the ACH option, enter Punto Pago Panama S.A. in the Name field, and select the receiving bank: Banco Banistmo.

Step 3: Enter the account number: No. 3380004773 (Checking Account)

Step 4: Enter the amount to transfer.

Step 5: In the description, enter ONLY the phone number linked to your Punto Pago wallet.

⚠️ This last step is the most important to make sure the transfer is credited directly to your account, so remember to add the phone number linked to your Punto Pago wallet.

Minimum amount: $1

IMPORTANT:

✅ Fund accreditation: Your recharge will be reflected in your App account once the deposit has been confirmed in our bank account.

⚠️ We only accept domestic transfers within Panama to the account above. International transfers to the Banco Banistmo account are not accepted for App deposits.

⚠️ Recharges are only credited when the ACH transfer comes from the bank account of the Punto Pago wallet holder. Third-party transfers are not allowed, even with authorization. Once the balance is credited, you can send it to other Punto Pago wallet users if you wish.
