It is an integration that allows Punto Pago users to manage PayPal top-ups and transactions directly from our app, complying with local regulations in Panama.
To use this feature, you must comply with the following:
Top-ups are only permitted through the Punto Pago app. Top-ups or transfers managed directly from the external PayPal platform to Punto Pago are not accepted.
The cost includes 6.75% of the amount you receive at Punto Pago, plus a fixed commission of B/.0.50. The ITBMS (7%) is applied to the sum of these two commissions, using the same criteria as our calculator.
Yes. For safety and regulatory reasons, we apply the following limits:
We have dispute resolution systems in place for unauthorized transactions. To activate this protection, you must submit your claim within 180 days of the transaction. We also implement security measures such as two-factor authentication.
Punto Pago only credits top-ups when the funds are actually received in our account. We are not responsible for delays caused by bank disruptions or external internet outages.
Yes. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if we detect suspicious activity, violation of the terms of use, or by court or regulatory order.
